I seem to have a problem with my digital readout for the ride pressure on the air bags on my 1998 GW Motortrike. I set the pressure at 37 - 39PSI, after riding for an hour or so I check it and it is reading (on the dash readout) 54 - 59 PSI??? Yesterday I went for a ride and before I left reading was 39PSI. I road about 2 Hrs and checked it and it was reading 128PSI!!! I hit my Decrease button and there was not a lot of pressure in the bags? I completely deflated them and checked my readout....still showing 128PSI ??:AGGHH::AGGHH: I inflated the bags to (what I could tell by how much the fenders came up), what I would normally run my pressure at. Rode fine, no problem.

I just want to get this readout fixed so I can be more accurate on my settings. Has any of you had this type problem and how did you repair it.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Danny

I don't know much about the reading but maybe the line or area where the sensor is at needs cleaning out. Sounds like it is letting preasure in but there is a block to letting it out of the sensor area.

Could be!! I will have to locate that line and see if I can clean it out. What gets me is the pressure going up so much when I didn't add any air and there was not much in the bags?!?
