I purchased and had installed some Mighty Mites back in October 21. One quit working03/22 and I have sent Love Jugs several e-mail, they responded once saying they would replace fan but never answered my e-mail since then. Anyone care to post a number or e-mail that they might reply. Heat index =10 here in SE La. :blowup:

Finally got my issue with Love Jugs resolved. It took a while for them to eventually get back to me, but they did ship me a new fan motor and its working fine.

WOW That took longer than it should. They have replaced two fans for me, in a weeks time. I wonder what is going on. Their customer service has always been top notch!

Love Jugs cooling fans is a great product and work well. Dave Sandel, Love Jug's inventor, patent holder and company owner, contacted me and sent me two of the first units produced for testing. I kept a set and sent the other set to a friend and forum member here for his evaluation and we were sold on them and I was happy to promote them here on the forum. Product support was always outstanding, up until Dave became ill and passed away two years ago. It's still a great product, but since Dave's passing, product availability and support has not been as good.

Papa Zook, are you an actual dealer for them or just supporting them? Not overly impressed with their customer support. Tony emailed me back after I requested a status on my order. I was told my order was shipped out and would receive it this Saturday, but could not provide a tracking number. I have an account with UPS, USPS, and Fed-X. As of this morning, they show nothing being delivered to my address. Just have a bad feeling.......

I recently ordered from them and once I got them on the phone we straightened out the issue I was having . To pay one needs to pick PayPal on their site . My fans came in about a week. They did say the site issue was known and they were working to resolve it

In my case, the order was paid for via Pay Pal, I received an automated response , then nothing. After 2 weeks, an email was sent and responded, but still waiting for an actual tracking number. In another thread about Love Jugs just the other day, Someone stated Papa Zook is a dealer, hence my last post. I now think I should have placed my order thru a dealer, but how do you know. For me, $500. is a lot of money and I expect a better response and communication from a company.
