I have a 2010 Tri Glide the rear brake pedal is very low pads are 4/32" park brake is great but pedal is low any ideas would help

Has it always been this way it’s just something new..? Do you have enough fluid in the brake reservoir? ..You could just loosen the brake pedal slide off the shaft bring it up a few notches on the spine and then Retighten it..
I bought it used from a harley shop with only 9000 miles on it so I will assume they are original harley pads they don't pump up I have just sat and pumped them a few time maybe a slight raise in pedal height but very little
pedal feels better but still feels a little low I am going to see if there is an adjustment on pedal to raise it . Maybe I just feel that cause I am short only 5'6"
