I am new to the trike world so I am not sure how stiff the suspension should be. However we are experiencing some bone jarring jolts when hitting relatively small bumps. I have tried setting air pressure from 30s to 60s and can tell no difference in the ride. Anyone else had this problem and a fix for it?

how much air in rear tires, should be 24 lbs. 42 up front. Try about 20 in air ride. As long as you don't bottom out go even less.
Better gas milage go 32 lbs in rear.

You will knock your teeth out at 60#. I ride at 18-24 one up, and about 24-34 two up. It is a good ride and responsive. I only set it high to set the bags after sitting for a while. I was told it stops the slow leaks.

I run my air suspension min. of 30lbs (1 up) and min. 40lbs (2 up). That is what TMS advised me. I just came back from a 7400 vacation trip and if was as smooth as a Lexus. I was running way too low at first and felt all the jarring too.

Every Stallion produced is equipped with a "Low Pressure Switch" built into the air suspension components. This setting can be changed to make the air bags go anywhere from 0 psi and up. This is to keep the Air Bags at a "minimum" psi while the key is in the "ON" position. You can adjust this to your lowest most comfortable setting, so it will always be where u need it without having to constantly touch it. Simply remove the rear passenger seat, locate the air suspension manifold block (1"X1" aluminum block). The low pressure switch is the black cone shaped piece screwed into the manifold block. On the bottom of the switch is a rubber plug, simply remove the rubber plug, and insert the correct allen wrench into the hole and there is an adjustable set screw inside. Make sure your ignition is on, engine off, and watch your air gauge while you adjust this. It may take quite a few turns either way to change the air setting. When you turn to the right, this will increase your low pressure setting, when you turn to the left, this will decrease your low pressure setting. After you change your setting, dump all of the air in the system and let it refill by itself. Do this until you reach your desired setting. Everytime you turn your key on, it will automatically fill to your most comfortable setting. Hope this helps and informs.
