Hi,
I was wondering what kind of gas mileage you guys were getting with your particular trike. Please note what make bike and trike manufacturer you have.

I have an 1800 Goldwing with Motor Trike and I am getting 27mpg without a passenger.

I have an 06 gl1800 with a Hannigan Kit...last tank was 34.3. the one before that was 33.8...may have had a tailwind on the last one... Ride two up most of the time..

DFT trike as low as 28 with wife on back pulling a 500# trailer and doing 75-80 mph vers 41 MpG just me following my HOG friends on back roads under 50 MPH ( I think a lot of them HD with straight pips running rich mix was feeding my motor.. 34 to 36 is average but i don't count on much because the smile on my face is priceless.

Harley Davidson 103 motor Road Glide Champion Conversion 32 to 35 MPH.

2008 Goldwing CSC. I just got mine. A recent 140 mile round trip with a passenger gave me 35mpg at 70mph mostly fwy and some town driving too. I noticed that the speedometer was 4 miles fast at 70 (I have a GPS) which probably lowers my mpg to...(uh...you do the math on that one)...probably 33-34 I guess. I've got just under 4000mi on my odometer. Motor was warm at both fill ups. Hope that helps.

My 08 GLi800 Hannihan is only about 2 months old. Last two tanks, all with wife on back - 31 mpg. Hope in improves.

The Motortrike Honda Shadow 750 Aero gets 40-42 MPG with 1 or 2 UP and around 36 MPG when pulling the Lil Clipper Trailer with a load (200 pounds total)

Running normally - 2 up below 3000 RPM we get right around 35mpg, little more or less. Towing the loaded Bunkhouse up the freeway at 75 - 80 it's down to about 28. Riding the twisties in the Ozarks jumps the mileage around the 40 mark as the speed and RPM goes way down. Pretty close to the reports of other GW1500 owners.

32-33 with the Stallion around town or 2-up on the freeway. Did get 40 last year when I got gas without corn added !!!!

2010 Tri-Glide. If I get 30 MPG at 70 MPH on highway I feel blessed. I am assuming their rated 48 MPG was with a stripped down street glide...doing 45 MPH....drafting behind a truck...with an anorexic jockey operating it.

Riding style has nearly everything to do with gas mileage. Wind and elevation also play a role, wind out here (Kansas) probably has more effect than riding style. What gear you choose to ride in will also effect it. My TriGlide got better mileage in 5th gear in the wind than in 6th gear. My gas mileage has varied from a low of 22 to a high of 36. I don't much care what it is, I'm more interested in range. A six gallon tank is more important to me than what my mileage is.
