Hi, retired underground petroleum storage tank tester, waiting for my 2017 FW to arrive, here's a photo.

Congats on the new FW! I think that's one of the best colors Harley has made. Added some black pin striping on mine. Hope the snow melts soon (or just trailer it down here to Texas!)

Pinstripe looks good Ron as well as the pipes!:clapping: What kind are they?

Texas sounds great.....but don't think the FW will fit on my little 5' x 8' trailer. :xzqxz:

I was leaning toward black also but thought the silver might be more visible to the 'brain deads' :Shrug:

I think the silver has the right amount of flake in the paint also

Next on the hit parade is going to be some rubber welting beyween the rear fenders and the body

IMO the MOCO should have done this @ the factory

Have a look @ the inter phase on your bike

Pretty horrible IMO

My fender bolts were cross threaded @ the factory

I re tapped the holes and put NEW bolts in so far, I have not found the welting I like yet

I will post when I do

Color has nothing to do with them, you will sence if there there or not. I keep mine in the tour pac. With her own intercom head set. :clapping:
