I have decided to lower my rear tire psi to try for a little softer ride. I have changed from 34 to 24, what are some of you running and why? Thanks

Per Roadsmith's suggestion I run 28 psi for local, 30 for light travel, and 32 for fully loaded, two-up, and pulling trailer.
Have you also played with shock preload setting ?
Yes, It rides great but I thought I had read where people were running lower air psi and had a lot softer ride but sounds like I need to pump them back up.
I dampened my drive way. Pumped up the rears to 35. Kept running back & forth through the damp drive. letting air out until I got a full, flat tire pattern.
Results for my Hannigan, remembering the rear end is off center to the right:
Left rear 24psi, Right rear 26psi.
Front tire has been run @ 36psi for a much smoother front than the 41psi, I ran in the previous BT45!!!!!
After running a MPA front tire, I just switched to the new Avon trike tire.
Wow, what a difference!!
On the back, I'm running 28# on both.
Yikes, I'm getting a Cobra installed, you're running 28# in that tire? That sound low, so it working for ya?
