A dealer in Ohio has a 2007 Road Star with a Champion conversion and I just wanted to know how good this trike is. I might be interested in having a close look at it very soon.

I have an 07 R* with a champion kit.I love this bike.Have no problems.See if it has an e-z steer raked front end?Makes it so much easier to steer. Ken:yes:

stacebg is it as much of a rocket as a trike as it was as a 2 wheeler? Nice

well not quite, with a little extra weight and the weight of the wheels does slow it down a tad on acceleration, i can pull a camper faster than i want to go
solo she gets a little light just past the 110 mark

Very nice, John! Be sure to share pictures with us -- you can open a personal album on your profile page, then we can see pictures there but they also become part of the random picture show on the FORUM page. Welcome to TrikeTalk!

Hey John, Welcome to the forum. Did you get raked triple trees for the front end?It will make it easier to steer and it makes your Roadstar look very cool as well. Ken

I didn't go with the EZ-Steez kit. Going to see what it's like without it. I'm a little behind putting it together. Was sent the wrong rear end. New parts will be here today. Hope to be riding it Saturday.

I bet you will want the ez-steer. Ride a trike with it to get a good feel.

Update

Got new replacement parts, put on, now waiting for paint. (little behind) Hoping bike will be up and running no later than 4/7/2010.
