Has anyone had any experience the an X-treme (brand) battery charger? (Click Here) They claim their "pulse technology" is the terrific. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with one.

A friend gave me one as a gift, I used it on my small lawn tractor for one winter, but found it & the battery stone dead in the spring. I don't know what happened, if the battery killed everything or what, but the charger wouldn't work on anything so I replaced it with the brand I have on most of my junk.
