Does anyone know which brands of manufacturers use easily obtainable auto parts in their drive train or at least have reasonably priced parts??? I'm gonna be in the market for a new trike in the spring. As much as I hate Tupperware I'm leaning towards a Goldwing.

Seems to me that someone posted a list within the last year (as I recall) that has that info. Might have been solidbob. Hopefully whoever it was will respond soon.

I'd vote for Roadsmith also. Not just because that is what I ride now. My MotorTrike was a find machine but I chose to replace it with Roadsmith after a LOT of research!! :xszpv::xszpv:

Go with a Hannigan and not only will you have a smooth IRS ride, you will have a low maintenance unit and won't need to worry about replacement partsThumbUp:):D:laugh:

I like my Roadsmith because you can get most repair parts from a auto parts store if ever needed. All the driveline parts are common car parts. They use a ford rear-end and Volkswagen axles and brakes. That was one of the major thing that steered me to the Roadsmith.
