GA and FL
I know I'm preaching to the choir, but what a great ride I had with the wife today! Only 160 miles Between Marietta GA and Blue Ridge and back with a few side roads along the way, but what a perfect fall day. Clear and crisp, with a lot of bikes out and a lot of trikes too.

Even though together we tip the Toledos at around 475, the TriGlide was pulling the hills at 70+ in 6th gear with nary a whimper. And oh good lord, the glorious sound coming out of the Jackpot slip-ons from the FM cat-free header was indescribable. I guess there's a reason I've literally never even turned the radio on...

It's days like this that make me happy I can still get in the wind on something, and the Tri is so liberating in that respect. It just eats the miles like they were a snack.

Well I apologize for carrying on so but just had to share.

We feel the same about our TG.
A fine touring machine, built good, looks great and able to pick it up at one location made by one company.
When you have a day like you had, reminds you all over again why one rides!!!

Just missed ya... we went west to Summerville for lunch at Pop's and came back through the old city of Calhoun. Unfortunately we hit 515 and came to a dead stop. Got the heck off of that and hit 5 to get back home.

What a great day to ride.

yeah Wiz we had the same problem coming home but I know the area pretty well so we were able to skirt around most of it.

You're right, it was one of the finest riding days I've experienced in a long time!

The wife and I put on 847 miles last week/ weekend on run from Tallahassee to Helen Georgia with friends to see some fall color. Beautiful weather, cool and crisp. Leaf colors were wonderful. Also rode up to Hiawassee for annual craft fair at the fairground. I love the fall season. The TG performance was flawless and very comfortable.

The wife and I took a nice ride yesterday 72 degrees in Ohio. Going to be nice till Sat. so will try and ride next couple days, colors are beautiful. Also bought gas for $3.23 a gallon Reg. was $3.11 I splurged and put in high test I normally run reg. and the bike runs fine.
