Looks really good Sully! And I am full! Just got home from my oldest grandson's 16th birthday cookout!

The kid is making me feel old. 16 years ago I delivered him into the world as an EMT. The doctor got held up in road construction traffic and wasn't going to get there on time. My daughter's nurse recruited me and the doctor finally showed up when all was said and done. He is growing to be a good young man.

Wow, That's Great. And makes a great story to tell every year. :clapping:

I was able to score some Hatch Chiles yesterday, going to put these in the freezer after roasting and peeling them, they smell amazing on the grill.
