I sent these pictures to a friend. He made it with a little chili, topped with grated cheese. Now it's named after him by his kids who think he is ingenious.

Oh I don't know :Shrug: Add Season Salt, Garlic Salt, Chili Powder Brush with Bourbon , place in large zip lock bag and add a little more Bourbon , place in fridge over night. Grill to your liking. Enjoy.

Looks really good Sully! And I am full! Just got home from my oldest grandson's 16th birthday cookout!

The kid is making me feel old. 16 years ago I delivered him into the world as an EMT. The doctor got held up in road construction traffic and wasn't going to get there on time. My daughter's nurse recruited me and the doctor finally showed up when all was said and done. He is growing to be a good young man.
