I've been looking for these in our local grocery stores for about a month now, the one store finally got some Hatch Chiles in stock. Roasted them up this afternoon, chopped and in the freezer. I think I'm going back and pick up about 2 dozen, they are delish.

Pork Tenderloin in the smoker today, about 3 hours with Pitmaster Blend pellets, it hit 145 degrees and I pulled it, perfect for us.
