Whats for Supper?

Let's call this what it is: Plain assed torture. You guys have any stalkers yet? Sully, where's your restaurant? Ha ha. M3, you're right about the line at your house, I'd make the 1000+ mile ride for some of that chow.

I might have to draw the line at the spam though... That stuff's just mystery meat right? I spent a few years in Hawaii and they LOVE it there. It's on menus even. I guess it actually tastes pretty good.. but I've started reading nutritional information as I've gotten older, thinking I should be more aware of what goes down the old hatch... I know blasphemy...

I sure feel like I've been missing out most of my life reading through this thread and some of the great stuff you guys are making..

Nice work fellas.

Yeah, you know, the old "all things in moderation" really seems to be decent advice. Most of the problems with any of it is when it's excessive.. it's against our very nature to be moderate with things we like though.. hence all the problems... heart attacks, strokes, type 2 diabetes, alcoholism, etc, etc.

That said, I'd sure like to gorge myself on some of these fine meals long since departed...

Just slice it thin and fry it real crisp in either butter or a little oil, that's how I like it.

dang, I think I gained 20lbs looking at 30 pages of food. Great job folks.

I just picked up a new grill @ Home Depot. Need to put it together this morning and break it in later today.

A little cook I did a couple weeks ago for the guys at work. Just some simple burgers and brats, managed to snap a couple quick pictures.

The maintenance dept built the grill about 18 years ago, it was in pretty good shape until some ham head dropped it from a fork truck.

Its one heavy duty bugger.

Of course big grill = big lighter:pepper:. I don't use chemicals to light my lump, at home I use either a chimney or a small weed torch. At work, a big weed torch:D.

Just some simple Bubba Berger's, their a pretty decent burger for the cost.

Yep, Bubba Burgers are Great, but they sure have gone up in price. I guess in this case, you get what you pay for. ThumbUp

Dang, now I got to go get me some
