What type of phone mount do you have on your TriGlide?

This is a Freewheeler, but love my Ciro mount. Been there for over 15,000 miles. Mounts vertical or horizontal and is rubber dampened. Locks my phone in there quite securely. I just don't trust anything that uses sticky tape as part of the mounting system. 100° in traffic can melt that stuff.

I did this and have experienced no problems. I cut it at the bottom of the door. Been in a couple of frog choker rain storms and had no leakage whatsoever. A ziplock baggie keeps the phone dry as a bone in the desert.
I have thought about that mine is still pinched in the door

I have had the Ciro on the right side of my bars for awhile now. Most days riding locally my phone isn't mounted in it. When on trips it is always in it. The time stays up on the screen which I like. The spots available on my Harley screen for the time display are used for digital speed and either miles to destination or something similar.

I use a phone mount from Walmart with an inexpensive Android phone (no phone service so basically a mini Android tablet). My real phone stays in my pocket. The mounted device serves up music and GPS.

I keep my phone in my pocket, because if I am separated from the motorcycle in a mishap I want that phone with me, not on a wrecked motorcycle that I may not be able to find or get to...

I don`t use the phone when riding, it is not blue tooth connected to anything.

I am a little on the simple side. I have a freak mount. They have been around awhile and still use one on my tank. Google maps turn by turn and my music service are Bluetoothed into the trike's speakers.
