You'll need it all. And if you use custom exhaust you'll need the tin that replaces the heater boxes.

Not exactly all....

The piece over the bell housing, the crescent shaped piece at the pulley and the piece behind the pulley. None of that has an engine compartment to seal to.

Some people run without the sleds. But if you do that you don't have a place for the thermostat. I would definitely run the thermostat and flaps, especially it you want a consistent running engine and good gas mileage.
