This reportedly was somewhat of a problem on some 2014's. I have a 2016 Tri-Glide that had a bad left radiator and some loose hose clamp fittings at about 1k miles. Parts were replaced under warranty and almost 5k miles later, not a drop of fluid leaks.

When the twin-cooled [Water-Head] first came out there were a few teething problems, But i Harley' has them all ironed out by now...

2014 bought June, 2014 ... No coolant leaks. At 19,000 miles I needed a left radiator fan replaced (Warranty).

'14 was purchased in May of '14. No leaks that I've seen.


The coolant level in the reservoir is about 1" lower than it was 30k miles ago. Not sure if that is from a leak, or is normal.

I have about 6,000 miles on my 15 and no leaks that I could ever find. My level is about 1/4 inch short of the full mark right now.

I have 2200 on my 2016 Tri and no leaks yet.

The only thing on my '16 that leaks is me ............. About every couple of hours on a long trip ................... :clapping:

Nah ....... I had A-1 heating & Air conditioning check it. It's covered by the service plan for my motor home.
