Has anyone seen the data or measured the difference in head temp and oil temp between pre Rushmore Triglide 103's and the Rushmore 103's 2014-2016 with cooling to the heads? I thought I had seen something years ago after Rushmore came out but my current exhaustive searches on the web reveal nothing.

Very good question, I have not seen a fact sheet or comparison on these either

One could see the comparison D K Customs did with a M8, it runs too hot for its own good much the same as the Twin Cams here

We have done testing on the following

Twin Cam 96

Twin Cam 103

Twin Cam 103 B

Twin Cam 103 Twin-Cooled (Radiators in lower fairings)

M8 Twin Cooled

M8 Oil Cooled

Unfortunately we do not have all the data in just one video or report, but we do have much of it in the video below.

We also have a lot of the info in the written Report at this LINK.

There is not a lot of difference in the Twin Cam 103 and the Twin Cam 103 Twin Cooled, EXCEPT as noted in the video that Jack posted...the Twin Cooled actually run about the same head temp, but much higher oil temp because HD made a big mistake in not putting an oil cooler on the Twin Cooled models.
