Trunk lights

I have a 2012 Goldwing (CSC) Trike. It appears that the top trunk was redesigned in 2012. Older versions of the top trunk appear to have a 3 piece lighted bars but my trunk does not. I looked at "bigbikeparts.com" at part # 52-786 and it states that this part will fit 2001-2013. I am however skeptical of ordering this part since the directions state to remove the existing inserts (there are none to remove or any holes from which to install the new part). Again, I am talking about 2012 and newer. Can anyone shed some light on this.

item # 52-786 appears to be clear tail light lenses. From your post I don't think that is what you were speaking of. You might recheck and correct your post if that is not the proper number.

Now that's funny. Please tell me it was intentional. As far as light, there is a universal one that will work in any trunk. I use it in my HD TG. It's called a flashlight held by my teeth. For those with dentures, you can use polident to stick teeth and light to top of trunk inside.
