Trunk light modification help.

I have a 2017 'Wing' and want to change the outer brake light to a brake/running light like the inside lamps. Here is the problem. The plug, the ones that connect to the bulb receptacle, (this bulb receptacle has the standard 3 flat pit connectors), has only 2 wires, brake and ground. I have to connect a center wire for the running lights to work. I would like to use the OEM Honda horse shoe connector to complete this job. I cant find the part number from Honda (shocking), and can't find it on line... HELP!!!!

The change in brightness from nothing to lit up brake light …

… is maybe somewhat greater than the change from lit running light to brake light.

Maybe even being more noticeable.
