yes they are very much the same also the 2013 Significant changes were made in 2011 and then in 2014.

That $25 plus shipping is a killer deal, dealers want around $90 for a trike supplement, granted that is for a new one, but still a good deal for a 2011 manual and I'm sure you can't get one from harley anymore, maybe.
