Need help naming my trike. I have a triked 1985 Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager that I thoroughly enjoy riding but she has been a difficult old girl, with electrical problems (now fixed), ongoing overheating & now one of her shockies has shat itself. The joys of owning an old machine huh?

I can't for the life of me find a name that sticks, other than "The *itch" or maybe "The Crone"

Show us more visuals than your single profile thumbnail provides. That will likely inspire names. And an all expense paid trip to see and test drive it for the winner should bring forth dozens of names to choose from!! :wave4:

LOL...good one Bob, gotta work out how to post more pics first. Sorry, can't afford to pay all expenses....but when you're in my neighbourhood feel free to drop by to see and test drive it ;)

OH, hang on...I posted a bigger pic in my garage a while back 1985 Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager - Tomboy’s Photo Gallery - Trike Talk Forum

Okay, here's my entries: "Vinny Victoria" (i.e., Vintage trike from Victoria); or perhaps "Vicky Voyager" (obvious).

My 1993 GL-1500A with Voyager is named 'Baby' and is basically a 'He', and is also spoiled. I went on vacation two years ago and I stopped into a Honda dealership and brought home some new 'Ginger Bread' (some call it Farkles) for Baby.
Sincerely,

How about "Nurse Ratched?"

Mine's "Maryanne."

She's the pretty and sweet girl next door. Not the beautiful and glamorous movie star.

When I got the bike her plate was going to be "IDIDIT" so I called her Eidie... - it was better than 'idiot,' tho I felt like one for a while since I couldn't ride her. (The crash that messed up my leg occurred the day I got her, as I was following her home in my truck!!)
Now that she's a trike I'm getting a new plate: "BTRL8" but I still call her Eidie

Paint Your Wagon is one of ScalpHunter's favorite movies, and the song on the soundtrack, "They Call the Wind Mariah," just seems to stay in our minds. So the Wing is 'Black Mariah' ("The rain is Tess, the fire is Joe, and they call the wind Mariah."), and the trailer is 'Joe.' We don't want any rain when we ride, so we left 'Tess' alone.

While I haven't named my trike, my younger brother refers to it as the Geriatricycle. The smartass lives 3000 miles from me, so I have to remember to smack him next time I see him.

I havn't named my trike yet as I just got it about a month ago now, but I do have two trucks. One F450 named Sherman, and my dad's old truck named after him, called Fred, and my wife has a Jeep named jeep, as in jeep jeep the old cartoons. Will name it one day

Normally i call mine " george", but when it won't start or gives me trouble then i try to be nice talking to it and call it honey babe

Mine is the Silverwing billboard -- a couple of Greenpeace stickers, a few parts stickers, flags of all of the countries and states that I have lived in, flags of all the countries and states that I have driven in. A Kokopelli decal on the rump to keep me safe on the road.
