Tri Glide Oil Cooler

Does anyone know if Harley changed the oil cooler on the 2011 model TRI Glide?

I noticed the are using a plastic cover on the 2011 models versus the 09 and 10 models.

Is this suppose to stop the debrie from damaging the cooler fins??

I've heard that they changed to a so called premium cooler on the 2011 though i've been all over the web trying to find out.H-D says it's standard on the 103ci engine. All i know is my trike is running to hot.Oil temp was 275-280 at 80-85 degrre days.taking the lowers off brought it down to about 257-264 on the highway which i think is still to high.If you do find out let me know

I should have added i looked up the premium filter on the H-D web site and mine doesn't look anything like the one in the picture

yea it is not the same cooler as the 2010 was. Not sure what the difference is on the 2011
except its a different size cooler. I think mine is larger than the 2011.
