Tri Glide aftermarket shift lever

I have a 2023 Tri Glide Ultra Classic. The stock shift lever is too high. I moved the lever down 1 notch and it is too low. I added a heel shifter, but have had mixed results with the heel shifter. Does anyone know of an aftermarket shift lever that is more adjustable?

I have always used the linkage rod for fine adjustments. Make sure to tighten the jam nuts and pinch bolts properly.

You have plenty of adjustment possibilities besides moving the lever on the notched spline. Here's a good video on the subject.

This video was a big help. I made the adjustments. If the thunderstorms end I'll get to try it out.

I've had the extended heel shifter for a while. The only negative I found was you have to be careful if you are setting the park brake with the bike running in neutral. My clumsy size 12 boot has been known to rub the heel shifter just enough to jam the transmission down into 2nd gear when hitting the park brake. Not a good sound.

I got to try the setup today before the thunderstorms and it is much better. I think if I add the extended peg to the toe shifter it will resolve my last issue. I also removed some slop while adjusting the linkage and that made finding neutral easier.

I currently use the HD heel shifter, but I am thinking about switching to the Kuryakyn extended lever. I am going to order the LA Choppers extended peg for the toe shifter.
