around here the railroads are having anyone caught near a train track arrested for criminal trespass. That's crazy ! I grew up hunting rabbits on the sides of the tracks.

I'm willing to bet when you grew up people were responsible for their own actions, And not wanting to destroy things...
Oh I rode the tracks many a time [ATC's] on the old abandoned Lackawanna Cut.
I learned that the faster you go the smoother the ride gets...
