Any experience would be appreciated! 2003 GW w/2004 Roadsmith Kit. Tour Box does not sit "even" on Roadsmith body. Been that way for 11 years w/o any issues. Is it worth attempting to level the box on the body? Only noticeable upon close inspection.
Thx, Hocky 2015-09-05 13.44.20.jpg

If it ain't broke fix it until it is.

I wouldn't worry about it if it bothers you a great deal, which it doesn't sound like it does 11 years is a long time to not like something. If it bothered you you would have asked this question 11 years ago. I guess the only thing you could is either lower the top trunk or arise the trike body. If it's worth it go for it, you make the call.

If it bothers you loosen all the body bolts up and raise the body up to the Tour box with longer bolts and big washers.... make sure wiring can stand the 1 or 2 inches or less.... just requires a jack some jack stands and some wooden or plastic spacers while jacking it up / very slowly incase you missed a bolt.... Call Taylor at Roadsmith, he can lookup how many and where the body bolts are.... and if there is anything else attached. Might need your body / kit number located under the rear on the body and stamped on the rear end.

Before I began making major alterations I believe I would contact RS and ask them why it is designed that way. Maybe making it too close doesn't account for frame twist/movement and they would hit each other.

I don't know the answer but I bet they do.

Sent you PM. (Oops, tried but denied) PM me and I have some contact info for you.
