Tour Trunk removal

you can access the latch mechanism from inside the trunk. to the best of my knowledge there is nothing underneath to adjust.<br />

I don't know how your kit works but on mine. I would have to remove the fenders to access the underside of the trunk frame. you then need to take the lower inside parts out of the trunk. then 4 bolts inside the trunk and it is supposed to slide off the frame. you need to access underside to disconnect wires and stuff.<br />

the cables for the latches feed from underneath into the trunk and it mechanism. if they are adjustable it would be there. if your kit is using cable latches or the factory latches they would also be inside your lower trunk near the latch. the cable should be accessible there. it should be easy.<br />

you should not need to remove the trunk the mechanisms should be easily accessible from inside just remove the cover inside.

couple screws easy.
