Torque specs. for driver floorboard bolts?

I wondered if any of you with a shop manual would look up for me the correct torque specs. for the allen head cap bolts for the driver floorboards as I'm putting on a set of Harley goodies floorboard extensions.
I'll really appreciate you taking the time to do this & let me know.

Why is Blue Tread Lock in a red bottle and Red Tread Lock is in a red bottle also?
