Could someone explain how more or less air pressure affects the preload on a voyager kit. Which way adds or takes away preload?

Less air in the main rear bike tire will increase the pre load but will make the rear tire wear out faster. More air in the out rigger voyager tires will increase the pre load and make the bike bouncy. You don't increase the preload with tire air pressure . It is a mechanical adjustment .
