Thank you Roadsmith

Last fall I had my '98 1500 triked by my local Honda shop with a Roadsmith conversion. When my wife and I picked up the trike we found the paint had several flaws. Jeremy the service manager said not to worry Roadsmith would make it right. We were upset and I wrote about it here. I rode the trike for just a couple of weeks in November and put 2,000 miles on it. I dropped the trike at the Honda shop the last week of November. We were not in any hurry to get the trike back it being winter here in Pa. When the trike was finished and back at the dealership they said I could leave it there till there was nice day and no snow. Picked the trike up in Feb. and the paint is flawless. If I was buying another trike I'd buy another ROADSMITH and have it done at Seltzer Honda. Thank you ROADSMITH.

And thank YOU for the positive follow-up report!

The folks at Roadsmith do a beautiful job! We are really blessed with sponsors who care about their products and their customers. It also sounds like you've found a local Honda dealer with a great ethic. You are blessed, for sure :D. Ride safe, and enjoy that trike!

good to hear. Mistakes are a part of being human what makes the difference is the willingness to make things right.
