TG Heated Seat Question..

Have a 21 Triglide one install a heated seat, but appears that the adjustable backrest doesn’t work...any ideas appreciate it thank you!

Sam can you attach a picture and a better description of what doesn't work. Is the seat and back rest Hatley products?

Yes, it is the fact we hardly see but the work instructions that would’ve came with the seat cause I bought a used seat says it doesn’t fit with the amount I’ve got I don’t know I just I’m looking for another way to do this cause it’s cold in the spring and cold in the fall and I’m trying to find a way I can ride longer And I already boxed it back up to go back so I don’t have a way to take a picture of what’s not going right, but I can tell you when you put the backrest on it pushes against the seat, the back area of the seat where the writer sits
