Heated and Cooled Seat Support Bracket

After much consternation I received the required support bracket for the heated and cooled seat I have. It didn't come with any instructions on where or how it gets installed. Does anyone have a clue on how this gets installed?

I had my first lengthy ride with the cooled seat yesterday. Bottom line is that I don't think it was worth the money. When I got home I didn't have the level of swamp a@@ that I probably would without out it but it was difficult to feel anything different. I rented a pimped out Ford when I visited south Texas last year, it had ventilated seats. It made me feel like my butt was smoking a menthol cigarette and maybe that spoiled me a little. So now I'm hoping that the heated portion will make enough of a difference that I don't feel duped.
