Submersible vehicle?

Have you seen this one? The exhaust stack I understand. But where is the air intake? It's a fire truck driving through 11 feet of flood water.

A friend of mine had a submersible vehicle. It wasn't designed that way but the ice on the lake where he was fishing showed otherwise.
