3-Wheeled Vehicle, Novelty or Automobile?

wow if that law passes then all 3 wheeled motorcycles are Cars and the Stallion would Qualify as a low efficiency machine/car and no Motorcycle license is required . looks like opening a can of Worms

Yes, but then seat belts, air bags, and other "car equipment" could be mandated for trikes of any kind. NOT a good thing, in my opinion!

If you want it to be a car then comply with what is required for a car. seatbelts bumpers, airbags atc. If you want it to be a motorcycle then leave it a motorcycle. If they want a car loan then they should build a car with 3 wheels, just don't go and say everything then with 3 wheels is a car.

If anyone doubts that a stallion is a trike motorcycle then all they have to do is look at the picture of the stallion in the brochure without the body on it and then there would be no doubt about it. A trike from birth ..no conversion , no automobile. pure motorcycle.

No top, it is a motorcycle . If you put a hard top on it I am afraid it would be a car in Connecticut. And it would not be registrable in this state because of the above reasons. I don't know if there is one registered in Connecticut yet.
