I KNOW THAT TBMS IS HAVING DIFFICULT TIME GETTING SALES FOR THE STALLION, AND THAT IS ONE OF THE REASONS FOR THE PAUSE OF PRODUCTIONS....
I KNOW THAT THE TIME I PURCHASED MY STALLION, AND ALL THE QUESTIONS FROM PEOPLE SHOWING AN INTEREST ON THIS COOL RIDE, THAT STALLION HAS A FUTURE OF MORE PRODUCTIONS TO BE MADE....WITH THIS SAID,

IN 2010, I REQUESTED THAT TBMS TO SEND ME A HANDFUL OF STALLION BROCHURES THAT I CAN HAND OUT TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES...AS I SEE IT....WE THE STALLION RIDERS ARE THE SALES REP. THAT STALLION DON'T HAVE IN PLACE FOR FUTURE SALES....ALMOST 800 MADE, THAT IS ALMOST 800 "WORD OF MOUTH" SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE FIELD....TBMS SHOULD SEE THE POSIBILITIES....IN 2010 I REQUESTED THE FLIERS, AS TO THIS DATE...NO RESPONSE.....

I agree 110 percent. Every time I go anywhere on my Stallion I end up talking to at least 12 people about it. People track me down in stores to ask questions. For a period I was a Product Representative and handing out thousands of broduct brochures sure helped to advertise and sell our product. ThumbUp

As I've said in previous posts, lack of demand is not the reason, IMHO, the TBMS stopped production of the Stallion. TBMS has/had 150 "shovel ready" Stallions they could be building, assuming they have enough of the other parts on hand. They have dealerships that are chomping at the bit to resume their sales quotes. To say that they don't plan to build any Stallions in 2012 unless they have 150 buyers, doesn't make any sense, again IMHO. I would be interested in knowing just how many of the 150 they had commitments for, before they made the announcement to stop production. For TBMS to say that no one, wishes to continue with the production of the Stallion more than they do, well, I challenge the sincerity of that statement. You just had two Stallion owners volunteer their time and talents to being a spokesman/sales representative for your product at no cost to you (no salaries or commissions) other than the cost of postage and printing of a few of your brochures. Now you have a third, me! Before this thread gets archived, I trust that a number of other Stallion owners will also step up to the plate as well. Stallion owners..., do I hear an AMEN???

MJ has been handing out brochures since she got hers in March of 2008. We get a supply every year from Jeff and Diane at the Daytona Rally.

Thanks for the reply post on what i feel so strongly about....when there is a carshow in this area i enter my stallion....i have more people standing, looking, and asking questions about the stallion than the antiques vechicles that they come to see....for instance....last year in Kingstree, SC, i entered the stallion in a carshow, and this guy was interested in my ride that he went to the internet and found a 2009 model in Kansas flew out there and drove it back to SC...needless to say, now there are 2 stallions in the same city of Florence, SC....and now we both stallion owners have double the interest of this great cool ride....i believe in this trike.....
Now, if they do not make another stallion ever again....think of the money this ride will be worth in the future....NO....IT'S NOT FOR SALE....

Since purchasing our Stallion # 531 in May of 2009 We have handed out hundreds of brochures and have had many people test ride our Stallion. I would guess IMHO that we have answered thousands of questions and even have had video's taken of it as we travel the highways. Even at Harley Davidson open houses at the local dealership people swarm around the Stallion for photos and endless questions.. It will be around for a long time!! Ready to purchase my next one as soon as production resumes. only need to add a Bazooka custom dual exhaust...ThumbUp

Zook's exhaust system IS GOING TO BE THE NEXT THING I'LL BE DOING....AND I WANT A COUPLE OF THR TRIKETALK, STALLION SHIRTS....

I'm wanting one of Zook's exhaust for my Stallion also, I'll get one on of them one of these days. I'm a firm beliver in the Stallion and I take mine to local car shows and I think I have sold a few for my dealer. We are the voice of TMS for the Stallion and it's a little hard to convence people to get one when the company is saying they aren't making any this year. I truly hope that everything can be worked out so TMS will start making more soon.

Well, I got my answer from TBMS and IMHO I don't think they really want to sell any more Stallions (I could be wrong), however I wrote them and asked for a number of brochures that I could hand out to perspective buyers that I
continually encounter on my travels.

They said they understood my "dilemma" sent me back an electonic copy of the brochure for me to print out.

My Hi-Definition Ink Cartridges cost over $100 for my Epson Stylus Photo 1400
Printer, so I ask you why would a person in their right mind take it upon themselves to print out brochures when the company that WANTS to sell the product doesn't have enough interest to provide them?

Oh well, I did my part!

Guess we should just resign ourselves to the fact that we are "The Few, The Proud, The Stallion Owners" (with a tip of the hat to the USMC for using their byline).

Not wanting to make no more stallions ? This is okay with me.....i'll never sell this stallion without a $50k price tag.....no more than 800 made.....supply and demand.....price will go up....you want one....pay for it as a "rare" item...
I love this ride...and even with a 50k price tag....i still don't think i would sell...

Just like the rest of you, my wife and I love our Stallion! It's a shame that TBMS hasn't been more forthright about the Stallion. We, like all of you, get stopped and questions about the Stallion everytime we go somewhere. My wife won't ride a motorcycle so she really loves the Stallion. I just wish that TBMS would come clean and tell us, really tell us, if the Stallion is dead or not!
