Anyone out there with a stallion that has this problem, check your Stallion closely...
about April of this year i was having an issue of my front light assy. resting on my front tire when the hood was opened...

also there was a pulling to the left when the brakes were applied...this all happened when we were on the interstate cruising...

i called TBMS and asked them about this being a big problem, and how to fix this....i know that my warranty ran out in Sept. last year.....they got back with me, Richard told me that they haven't had no frame issues at all...but he said if i get the Stallion to them in Texas they would look at it...with some negotiations i was to take it 3 hours into Georgia, and the would pick it up there and repair it and have it ready for Pick up in July...got it back...rides good...and they did it for free...wonder why?

I just had a friends ladder bars break while he and his wife were doing 60+mph. He said it was a very interesting ride for several hundred feet until he got it stopped. Very little control.

I don't understand what you mean by your "frame broken." Are you talking about the ladder bars or is there a place where the frame broke? My light assy has rested on the front tire since I got my Stallion with the hood open over three years ago. If you frames was broken, where so the rest of us know where to start looking. Thanks for any information you can give.

He stated that it pulled to the left when applying the brakes. If the heim joints fail in the front of the ladder bars, this will happen. My low beam light use to rest on the tire, but I repositioned it so that the plug is oriented to the side.

Guys fyi....when i stated that the light housing would rest on the tire....i meant that the weight of the hood would set on top of the tire when the hood was lifted...and the trike started to pull to the left after the frame broke.....and no...it was not the ladder bar that broke....the frame is on front the square looking tubes...

AND YES, THEY FIXED THE FRAME BY REPLACING IT...GOT IT BACK ON THE TIME THEY SAID, CAN'T HOLD THAT AGAINST THEM....
Now i still want a repair manual on the front clip....thats all...wth?

Frame still holding in there.....front end of stallion is my concern now....
i want a break down of parts, rotors, and pads.....bearings, hiem joints...etc.
i know that we have retro fit brake pads, I want retro fit brake disc.....for I know the rough brake feeling I got now, is warped disc .....and you can't Machine turn there sport disc....
has anyone replaced these yet?
