Spare bulbs and headllamp

I got to thinking :D this PM about spare bulbs and headlights.

Today I had to replace one of the front turn signal bulbs so when I bought a new one I also bought a spare. When I replaced the stock Shadow headlamp with a H.I.D. I retained the old bulb as a spare.

Bulbs and lamps are like fuses - you never know when you need 'em until you don't have one. And that's usually in the middle of nowhere. ;) Better to have 'em rattling around in the trunk of the trike instead of running the risk of running the roads at night in the dark.

I buy spare everything and then forget where I put it :censored:

Or end up giving it away to someone who needed it b4 me!!!

so it does me very little good to buy extra :innocent:

Duh! All the comments above apply to all of us either singularly or together.

Stay between the ditches, miss the deer, and avoid as many wet spots as possible!
