Saddlemen seat

Hey guys, i really want a saddlemen seat for my 23 freewheeler. Does anyone have any pics? I know they dont fit perfect from what ive been told. I see they make them for tri glide.. are they the same?

I was surprised when I checked Saddlemen's web site and found no listings for Freewheelers at all.

Yeah i talked to a guy that works there. He said any touring seat will fit it but there is a gap or something. I was hoping someone had a pic. The tri glide seat is wider than any of the other touring models which “should” cover the gap but i dont know if the tri glide seat will fut the freewheeler

During my search if I recall correctly only the Road Sofa would not fit a Freewheeler.
All other touring model seats fit but there’s some considerations such as mentioned below.

I came across on Facebook marketplace a like new Mustang “Super Touring Deluxe” seat P/N 79006 with the backrest.

As far as I can tell it’s the same seat as P/N 79598 listed for the Freewheeler however the Freewheeler version I believe may have a more squarer pillion.

As seen in the pictures below there is a slight gap at the base of the pillion at the rear of the side covers.

However once my Alaska sheepskin is installed you can’t see the gap but it’s such a good looking seat I hate to cover it up.

I’ve been happy with the seat.

Oh thats not too bad. I wonder if the saddlemen seat would be about the same. What os your width in the back section?
