Roadsmith Trike kit lost in transit

I would certainly be curious. Seems RS would share that information as a matter of friendly business. As you mention, they have it, and you will get your RS trike. Tuesay, if it's not freezing Florida weather, I'll head down to the Daytona Trike Shop for my aux fuel tank replacement, then I'll be good to go.

</div>I'm having to o an aux fuel tank replacement on mine. Tell me what is up with yours? I'm doing mine myself because there are no dealers nearby. I'm thinking about contacting The Trike Shop and asking to be a dealer.

</div>On the aux tank where the fuel brass connector feeds the main tank, a slow drip leak developed. Apparently this brass connector is not a screw/thread type connector and cannot be tightened. The connector is apparently attached with some type of epoxy and the leak developed at that point. Whoever the outsource contractor is, was the 'at fault' supplier. Not sure how they test these tanks, but however it is, mine got through the test. I'm totally aware that nothing made by man is perfect, so The Trike Shop Daytona is making it right by tearing it all down and installing a new aux tank. Don't know who is picking up the tab for all that, maybe corporate is absorbing, or the tank supplier is doing a reimbursement. Not mine to question how or why, just get r done and ride on.
