Reverse Circuit Breaker

Sorry if this is a repeat of an existing thread- I didn't seem to find it....

Got my '12 Tri and generally pretty happy with it. Two issues though, kind of irk me:

1 Really hard to get into neutral (found thread on this)

2 Reverse CB seems to cut out prematurely. I have a very short but steep ramp up to my garage that it climbs OK. However, the next engagement will invariably trip the CB. Tried letting it rest between engagments but no change. Has anyone come up with a solution to this?

I also have a very steep driveway. I drive it up forward, and coast down backward....
