Thanks everyone who responded to my earlier post, other than removing the rear body and drilling thru the the block HD put on any recommendations on how to mount it? My friend offered to weld it on but I was worried about the electronics. He thought disconnecting the battery would prevent this. Any suggestions?

Not sure what brand hitch you are trying to install but if the mounting holes in it do not match up with the holes in the frame cross members front and rear, IMO you do not have a hitch designed for the TriGlide.

the holes do line up, but hd blocked the holes partly by welding a plate in there to prohibit use or meet a weight requirement Ive been told
