Got something new going on here... I have been getting used to hearing new little rattles and squeaks at times now that my '14 TG has over 35K miles on it (and every one of them fun!)We were out for a group ride yesterday and stopped to fuel up, when one of the other guys asked me what was rattling on mine while sitting at idle. Three of us looked and searched, and found that it was my rear brake calipers; when the bike was running and nothing touched, they rattled. As soon as I hit the rear brake pedal, the rattle stopped. I have heard this before (a good while ago) and the dealer that brought it to my attention said that it was because my parking brake needed adjusting, and that I needed to replace my rear brake pads. When I finally got new pads, I went with the EBC type HH sintered pads, and thought no more about it; they just worked! The only thing that I noticed was that the EBC Instructions only had me install one anti-rattle spring per side instead of two. Never noticed anything about it until now. :xzqxz:
Anyone else had any experience with any sort of rattles or other noises from the rear brakes on their Tri?
Thanks!
