Got on the trike after sitting for the winter and the rear brake pedal goes all the way down. There are no leaks and the fluid is full. Get some pedal when pumped but does not last. Is this the master cylinder, and if so how hard to change?

Thats what i sounds like.. Fluid getting past the diaphragm. .[Master Cylinder] by your description. Doesn't look to hard to get at, Its down low in front' the right side.. You might try to bleed them and run fresh fluid though it... How does the fluid look... I just bled my rear brakes Also an 2011 Tri..

And the old fluid was black....So i just bled them till clear fluid came out...
