We're heading for Sturgis at the end of the month. Can't waitpepper...It's been raining everday here in Ohio. Planning on going over Beartooth and possibly Glacial National Park.

Just a lazy ride. UT, AZ, and NM. Where ever the road takes us for now.
I have to go across CO on 50, to Moab, UT on way out, love that road.

Dennis,
Thats an amazing ride...was out that way about 5 years ago and loved it especially the Moab area but Colorado was beautiful too. Please posts some pics along the way! ThumbUp

Have a good and safe trip Dennis...Ya got a free room here in Ideeho if you by chance make it this far...Take care Buddy!!!

Just got into Macon, MO. Traveling across US 36. This road has changed allot since the last time I came this way. Almost like an extension of I-72 except it has some limited access.
First 200 in rain, last 250 got some sun and blue skies.

Trent, I was surprised with how beautiful Idaho was when I was passing through there a few years back. Don't know what I expected...potato fields I guess, but was pleasantly surprised.

I will try and get her to do some happy snaps tomorrow. Speaking of food, AJs here in Macon. Great burger with some smoked slaw and Swiss and a cold one.
Also, picked up a small Aluma trailer we are pulling this trip.

Be safe and have a great time Dennis, if you get close to Camp Verde, Az.
if its on your chosen route, I live just a mile off of I-17, south of Sedona.
Just call, if you need anything bud! If you need the number will get it to you.

hope you are having a safe and fun trip! Wish I was there. Maybe in August me and the wife will go somewhere. We like to go West to Colorado. My youngest is in Denver. Jim

Wow, a smokin' and exciting trip....Smell the flowers.

Well made it to Norton, KS today. Never liked going across Kansas on previous trips. Just blew through to get to other side of Rockies to Utah.Well today we were in flower sniffing mode, 60 to 65 MPH across US 36. Well I have found out that traveling through nothing has a relaxing feel to it.<o:p </o

Trike is very good to travel on with all the wind.<o:p </o

Still plugging along. Need to get a cord to download some pictures, another day as nothing in area that carries them.

That resizing is a real pain, I need to get in there figure it out, and practice, but seems I always have something more important on the the schedule.

How is 36 Dennis. I would like to go 2 lane for a change. I would go all the way to Denver. Then ride around Colorado, Utah and who knows where else. Been that way so many times I need to go some place different. Hope you're having a good time. How do you like pulling the trailer around?

Through MO it is almost like an inter state, all divided. KS is two lane. The last part to Denver in CO is very sparse and very VAST.
A good road.

The vacant house, made me think of a bunch of kids with parents that probably got old way to fast in this land.
Lots of these side roads to ????
Land is vast.
This is a very small bowling alley!
Lots of small parks along the way for breaks.

A little Dinner we could not pass in KS.
Went through at least 20 miles of this wind farm north of Limon CO on 71. Very big but oh so nice to look at.
Pueblo CO HD almost done putting back front of store after it blew down.

Ha ha!!! Well, there are plenty of spud fields alright. There is more corn in my area right now as the prices are so high because we need to add it to our gas,,,rolling my eyes...Lotta mint and hops here also. Hops are becoming a huge business now. If you ride 30 minutes north of my town, you are in the mountains...30 minutes south, the high desert..45 minutes west, Oregon hill country which turns into mountains. 2 hours NWest and you are in Hells Canyon..the deepest canyon in North America,,,Will be going thru there this weekend...Yes, there is some amazing riding destinations here. It is easy to take 'em for granted.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing. The one with the house surrounded by nothing is neat.
