Getting ready to do it

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You will love the trike, and CSC makes a great kit. Be sure to post pictures of the build progress, and of course more when it is complete and you are having the time of your life on it!

Having an indecisive time right now. We are looking at the Motor Trike conversion too. If you were to convert your bike again which kit would you go with the CSC or Motor Trike? We like both of them but are now leaning toward the Motor Trike. The shop we have picked does both.

Take another look at the CSC kit - we are beyond pleased with ours and recommend it highly to anyone who's interested. IMO, the CSC is more graceful and eye-catching. Just ask anyone who asks us about the trike!!

Considering I own a CSC kit I would highly recomend it. With that said, they are both good units and if I were you I would ask the dealer to let you ride a demo of both CSC and Motor Trike. CSC is made in Virginia and Motor trike is made in Texas. CSC is has more style and a longer wheel base giving the co-rider a smoother ride. If you are riding solo then the longer wheel base will not matter.

This year in Sturgis my wife and I rode 4 Trike conversion models and the Harley Trike as well. The Motor Trike model may have had the more confidence building ride but I've been interested in the CSC since I saw one in OLK City at the National HOG Rally. My Harley dealer just completed the conversion of my Street Glide/CSC Conversion kit and it looks really sharp. You can check out the pictures under the "newbie" section under "Trike Rider Soon". Enjoy, the decision to Trike your bike and the selection of what model to go with was the hardest question to answer. Ride Safe

I went with the new Gladiator and really like the set up !!!! People at motor trike are great to deal with...Will answer any questions you have and are very pleasant....
Check out the way the independent suspension is set up.. I was really impressed with the set up....

What was it that helped you finally decide on the Motor Trike Kit? That kit makes a sharp looking Trike and my wife and I thought it may have handle the best of the Trikes we test rode. Ride Safe!

I Had a 04 Ultra Classic and triked it with the motor trike kit put 47,000miles on it before trading for a 2011 Tri Glide. Had no complaints the onboard compresser came in real handy as i could dial in a cushy ride if the boss was with me and a stiffer ride for the aggressive riding when with just us guys. My Tri Glide doesn't have the onboard air compressor and i do miss it because now i have to make sure the suspension is set up before getting on.

Welcome aboard. Other than the lack of the on board compressor which do you like better an why?

Also you can rig an on board compressor for your Tri-Glide.
