What's the best way to clean off the fins of the radiator

From the owner's manual,

Clean Radiators:

1. See Figure 69. Remove outer grille from lower fairing.

a. Carefully pry on curved edge of panel to release latches.

b. Remove from fascia.

2. Clean debris from radiator fins.

3. Install outer grill.

I use my 'ol ladies toothbrush then compressed air. She hasnt caught on ...yet.

When I'm washing the bike I use of a toothbrush then a blast of water from the hose .
