I have a 6x10 enclosed (tight but works) that is not required to be licensed here in Wisconsin. We plan to pull out west for a 3 week trip in the fall and I am wondering if I will have issues traveling out of state without a license plate on my trailer. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks

Not a problem. Just have something showing it belongs to you. Bill of Sale?? Buddy from South Carolina travels all over the place with his boat.

I have never had a problem with a state not honoring the legal requirements of my home state when it comes to vehicles license plates

its not a problem. just need to be able to show your from Wisconsin. not required but you might want to have a copy of the Wisconsin statute that says no tag required in case the officer doesn't take your word for it.

This is good to hear. I always carry my insurance card for the trailer, so that should help with the ownership thing.
Thanks guys!
