If you have a Twin Cam 88 the 32 sounds normal for cold startup; once hot many get down to 10-12. Mine does that and I run Amsoil 20W50 synthetic motorcycle oil. When I was still using the Harley petroleum 20W50 oil it would be around 15 at hot idle.

Normal for a spring-tensioned cam chain system on a TC with a stock oil pump. It will usually peg the gauge at cold start and settle in around 32-or-so. Down the road at cruise speed....30-32 on a HOT day is normal and at 8-12 on hot idle. With a larger pump....34+ at cruise and 18-20 at hot idle.

You're okay.

Just a little side note........if your model calls for an idle speed of 1000 rpm (+ or - 50 rpm), some prefer to run it on the + side to help boost the oil pressure a bit.
