Hi, new to "triking" and have a 2000 G/W with a newly installed Motor Trike kit. I have a noise that starts at 60 mph and continiues until I drop below 60. If I pull in the clutch, the noise stops. Anybody have had this problem and may give me an idea. Plan to return it to the installer next week to check it out. Thanks. Love my Trike!!

I agree. Since it is a recent conversion I'd suggest a visit with your installer is in order. Could be something as simple as an adjustment. :xszpv::xszpv:

Good Luck!!

Tires can also make the noise you are talking about, some are louder than others and only make the noise when you are pulling on the throttle and go quit when they are coasting as is the case when you pull in the clutch. Seems that there was an article in wingworld last year concerning that.

Hi, found the noise from trike above 60mph. Installer found drive shaft rubbing on bracket at high speeds. Original noise gone. Am happy triker again.
